https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUwZY-nKedk In August, 2005, I performed a new work: “Autocosm: Gardens of Thuban”. I consider this one of my breakthrough artworks. I had been developing and presenting my graphic performances for a couple of years prior to this event, and this was a quantum leap for me, technically and creatively. I premiered this piece for the annual SIGGRAPH convention, which was at

Christmas World in 360: Lucid Dreamscape of the Week! Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year! I’ve had such joy designing and performing this little world for you! This is another animated “speed painting”, in which I draw the world as I fly around it and explore it. I’ve choreographed this performance with my mix of music “Silent Night” —

Rainbow Smokers: Lucid Dreamscape of the Week! Pumping rainbows into the sky, under a Harvest Moon. Transforming the environment to bring bliss into the world. Happy 4th of July! A transformative sketch for this week’s holiday! Fireworks transform into dandelions! Joy spreads like weeds! A tip of the hat to composers Sousa and Ives, for the inspiration for the “Stars and Stripes Trance” idea that you can hear toward the end. Be safe and sane with your psychedelic and explosive adventures! This is a recording
For this week’s sketch, I’m using my technique for sketching a human figure and immediately bringing it to life. We join the little fellow on his journey through a world that I continue to create around him. This is just a short introduction to a longer world-building piece, with the sketched figure being the main character exploring the new world.
A quick shot of the world I’m drawing for my latest video sketch.
A quick concept of a humongous artifact in an lonely world. Flowers trail from the artifact’s base.
